IAC Forces Overview
The IAC Forces represent the standing defense and enforcement framework of the Interagency Accord Commission, providing the organized force structure through which strategic defense, deterrence, and security objectives are maintained. Operating under the strategic oversight of the IAC Ministry of Defense and aligned with established joint command principles, the IAC Forces are structured to support lawful, coordinated, and scalable defense activities across multiple domains. Operational execution is conducted through designated commands—principally the Strategic Operations Command (SOC)—ensuring that missions are carried out under coherent military leadership, unified command relationships, and recognized standards of accountability and readiness.

In terrestrial operating environments, the IAC Forces conduct special operations–relevant and interdiction activities through established U.S. joint special operations frameworks, operating in coordination with capabilities and practices consistent with Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). This integration enables disciplined planning, mission synchronization, and execution of complex, high-risk operations within recognized U.S. military structures and authorities. Through this approach, the IAC Forces maintain operational credibility, interoperability, and adherence to proven special operations standards while executing defense and security objectives across terrestrial domains.

Space Domain Integration
In space and non-terrestrial domains, the IAC Forces operate in alignment with established space operations principles and frameworks consistent with the United States Space Force. This integration emphasizes space-domain awareness, strategic deterrence, orbital security, and command-and-control synchronization across defense activities beyond the terrestrial environment. Through coordination with U.S. space governance and operational constructs, the IAC Forces ensure that space-related missions are conducted in accordance with recognized military standards, joint integration principles, and existing national security authorities.

In addition to defense and security responsibilities, the IAC Forces are structured to support future mission sets that include exploration support, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and stability operations across emerging domains. These missions are considered within a governance and planning framework that emphasizes coordination, readiness, and lawful execution in partnership with civil authorities and international counterparts. This forward-looking scope ensures the IAC Forces remain adaptable to evolving global and interdomain requirements while maintaining alignment with established defense principles and national security priorities.

As the Interagency Accord Commission matures, IAC Forces are expected to increasingly draw from established space-domain military and civilian talent pipelines, particularly those aligned with orbital operations, space security, and cislunar mission sets. Personnel with experience in the United States Space Force—whose recruiting and career pathways are publicly outlined at https://www.spaceforce.com—represent a natural pool of expertise for future secondments, advisory roles, and force integration, subject to applicable law, authorization, and interagency coordination. This approach ensures that IAC Forces remain interoperable with existing space-focused institutions while preserving a unified, mission-driven command structure across terrestrial and extraterrestrial domains.
